A new $16 million development is coming to the City of Menominee
At a meeting held by the Brownfield Authority Wednesday evening the improvement team Veridea introduced a new challenge to the authority together with users of the Menominee Town Council and County Board. Menominee Business enterprise Growth Company Director Nancy Douglas claims, “we’ve been functioning for above a yr with a potential developer on the old Kmart property.”
